Our main focus is to establish strong relationships across a broad base of trusted distributors.
The reason is so that when the truffles are harvested then we have people around the world who are ready and willing to order.
We want to sell our fresh truffle product as soon as possible.
Refrigeration is a key issue for distributors.
1 ) Find compatible partners with Market Access who can help us to achieve our goals.
2 ) Raise A$3 million in capital so we can purchase surrounding properties to increase production of truffle supply.
ABOUT OUR COMPANY
Our company produced more than half of all the truffles in Australia in 2016.
Australia produced a saleable amount of 8, 000 kilograms of Black Winter Truffles (tuber melanosporum).
Our company produced 4, 200 kilograms.
We are working to expand to increase production by 20% and increase our truffle orchard size by 200% in 2017.
We plan to do this by acquiring other orchards in Australia.
Our plans could result in our company producing 80% of Australian total output and about 85% of international output.
Our company has produced operating profits in excess of $1m for the past 4 years.
Our company has no debt and solid working capital reserves.
The company expects profits to increase to approximately $3.5m per year after its expansion plans have been completed.
We are exploring listing on the Australian Stock Exchange in 2019.
