    My Story Is

     

    My client needs to meet like-minded stake-holders in the dairy milk industry of Tasmania.


    The reason is that my client has the goal to birth a new retail brand of Tasmanian organic dairy cow milk.


    The target market to distribute the branded product is China.


    The new brand wants to avoid competing with already existing domestic brands of milk in Tasmania.


    A recent example of a new brand being designed only for the market in China is Van Milk by VDL owned by Moon Lake Investment.


    My client shares a very bright vision of the Tasmanian milk industry.


    My client believes:


    A big important need exists in Asia for multiple brands of dairy cow milk from Tasmania.


    The opportunity will grow because milk will resume following the development path of other consumer drinks.


    Tasmanian will grow multiple craft brands following beer, wine, whiskey and water.



    This trend is part of what people call The New Milk Road Economy:

    WHAT MY CLIENT HAS NOW AND CAN OFFER:


    1 ) Brand Concept – My client has developed a branded milk cow mascot name that consumers in China may find agreeable, especially children and their mothers.


    2 ) Milk Supply Partners – My client has friendly relationships with a three organic milk producers. My client needs to convert these relationships into formal contracts.


    3 ) Milk Demand & Distribution Partners – My client has friendly relationships with one of the largest private milk producers in China.


    4 ) Investment Network – My client has an extensive network of investor relationship. My client can offer to make introductions to this investor network in exchange for assistance with this separate project.


    WHAT MY CLIENT NEEDS


    My client needs to find:


    a manufacturer in Tasmania who wants to produce the milk brand in exchange for a minority equity stake.


    PROBLEM OF MY CLIENT


    My client is new in Tasmania so his network of business relationships is small now.


    GOAL TO OVERCOME THE PROBLEM


    The goal of my client to overcome this problem is to meet 10 key stakeholders in the milk industry of Tasmania within the next three months.
